"DULANTZ (1239 m)" MENDI IRTEERA

Este fin de semana nos ha tocado acercarnos a tierras navarras, más en concreto a la Sierra de Urbasa, al monte Dulantz de 1239 metros. Para ello hemos ido en coche hasta la derruida Venta de Zunbeltz en Lezaun (Nafarroa). En el puerto de Lizarraga bajamos por la carretera en dirección a Estella, y al de unos 5 kms. aparcamos el coche en las ruinas de la Venta de Zunbeltz. Esta vez únicamente tomamos parte en la salida 3 mendizales, y mucha culpa de ello la tuvo el tiempo, ya que estaba anunciado frio y nieve, entonces suponemos que la gente se echaría atrás. Pero aún así disfrutamos como siempre del monte. Aquí os ponemos el reportaje:

COMO HEMOS INDICADO EN LA ENTRADA, DEJAMOS EL COCHE AL LADO MISMO DE LAS RUINAS DE LA VENTA DE ZUNBELTZ, Y COMENZAMOS A ANDAR SALTANDO LA VALLA QUE HAY AL LADO DEL POSTE INDICADOR

CRUZAMOS LA VALLA Y SEGUIMOS POR UN CAMINO QUE HAY DETRÁS DE LAS RUINAS Y QUE GIRA A LA IZQUIERDA SIGUIENDO LOS HITOS, Y DEJANDO LA SIERRA DE ANDIA A NUESTRAS ESPALDAS

SEGUIMOS POR LA PISTA, Y A MEDIDA QUE VAMOS GANANDO ALTURA, LA NIEVE ES MÁS VISIBLE

ENTRAMOS EN UN HAYEDO Y SEGUIMOS SUBIENDO HASTA LLEGAR A UN PORTÓN

CRUZAMOS EL PORTÓN Y SEGUIMOS ADELANTE. AL DE UNOS POCOS METROS LLEGAMOS A OTRA PISTA, GIRAMOS A LA DERECHA Y SEGUIMOS POR LA PISTA HASTA LLEGAR A UN POSTE QUE NOS INDICA QUE DULANTZ ESTÁ A 15 MINUTOS

CONTINUAMOS, DEJANDO A LA DERECHA UNAS BORDAS, GIRAMOS A LA IZQUIERDA Y SEGUIMOS EL CAMINO QUE NOS INDICAN LOS POSTES DEL "PR" PINTADOS DE AMARILLO Y BLANCO

Y ASÍ LLEGAMOS HASTA EL ÚLTIMO REPECHO QUE NOS LLEVARÁ HASTA LA CIMA

YA EN LA CIMA, HACEMOS LA FOTO DE GRUPO (LELU, ARSENIO Y ALEX)

AQUÍ EN LA CIMA HACE VIENTO FRÍO Y NO SE PUEDE HACER EL HAMARRETAKO, ASÍ QUE DECIDIMOS BAJAR PARA IR A LA VENTA DE LIZARRAGA A ALMORZAR CALENTITO. BAJAMOS POR OTRO CAMINO POR CAMBIAR UN POCO

VOLVEMOS OTRA VEZ A LA PISTA POR LA QUE HEMOS SUBIDO Y BAJAMOS POR ELLA. CUANDO ESTAMOS LLEGANDO AL COCHE NOS FIJAMOS EN 2 ROCAS QUE SOBRESALEN DEL HAYEDO Y QUE AL SUBIR NO NOS HABÍAMOS FIJADO. LA NIEVE PARA ENTONCES YA HABÍA DESAPARECIDO. NOS CAMBIAMOS EL CALZADO Y NOS VAMOS EN COCHE HASTA EL PUERTO DE LIZARRAGA A ALMORZAR

LLEGAMOS AL PUERTO DE LIZARRAGA Y NOS DIRIGIMOS A "LIZARRAGAKO VENTA"

YA DENTRO DE LA VENTA, MIENTRAS NOS PREPARAN EL HAMARRETAKO, NOS CALENTAMOS EN EL FUEGO BAJO. Y UNA VEZ CON LOS PLATOS EN LA MESA, A LLENAR LA PANZA. HUEVOS CON TXISTORRA Y PATATAS, HUEVO CON BEICON Y PATATAS, Y AJUARRIERO, VINO Y AGUA, Y UN CAFECITO PARA NO DORMIRNOS EN EL COCHE.
